Intro to Mindfulness and Meditation Series

This series is free and open to individuals experiencing persistent symptoms as a result of concussion and their caregivers. The teachings are cumulative, attendance to all sessions is recommended.

Meditation is one powerful way to help transform chaos into inner calm and frustration into joy. Meditation offers a variety of paths--from short to long, guidance to silence, imagery to mantras-- so that everyone can find a practice that works for them.

During this series you will explore how mindfulness works, experience various practices, and discover what resonates with you.

Space is limited.

Speaker Series

Love Your Brain Yoga Presentation

When: May 1st from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Where: Bozeman Public Library Meeting Room.

You are invited to learn more about:

  • A free 6-week gentle yoga program designed to build community and foster resilience for people with concussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI) and their caregivers
  • The evidence-based benefits of yoga and meditation for TBI rehabilitation
  • The LoveYourBrain Yoga program's goals and impact, and how to refer eligible individuals to participate in this FREE PROGRAM

CRC Gentle Yoga Series

This series is free and open to individuals experiencing persistent symptoms as a result of concussion. The teachings are cumulative and attendance to all sessions is highly recommended.

Space is limited. Individuals must be ambulatory and capable of physical activity.

Support Groups

When: May 14th at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Bozeman Public Library in the large meeting room

The Road to Recovery following a concussion can be confusing and scary. The CRC is sponsoring a support group for individuals who have been affected by concussions.

The support group will be an informal meeting where you can share information with and meet others who have sustained concussions. You will also learn more about the Concussion Resource Center.
