This six-week series is tailored for individuals navigating life post-concussion or brain injury. Topics include stress management, cognitive function strategies, emotional regulation, and mindfulness techniques to foster resilience and well-being. In addition to these supportive practices, you’ll also benefit from a community of others with similar experiences.
