The Magic of Art after Concussion

5:30 pm at Bozeman Library, Cottonwood Room

CRC is pleased to announce another guided art experience with local artist Lydia Trom!

Join us for a guided session using loose watercolors and ink to create mini works of art. This is an opportunity to grow in confidence, in community, and to express yourself. Not only does art activate neuroplasticity, it helps improve mood, problem-solving skills, attention, and coordination. One of the methods being introduced, neurographica, helps to form new neural pathways. Most importantly, this will be a fun, relaxed environment that can help rebuild a sense of self after a concussion.

This is a FREE event for individuals affected by concussion.

No painting experience necessary.

Supplies will be provided.
