There are many creative ways to treat the effects of concussion. Join us for a guided session using loose watercolor and ink to create mini works of art. This is an opportunity to grow in confidence, in community, and to express yourself! Not only does art activate neuroplasticity, it helps improve mood, problem-solving skills, attention, and coordination. Most importantly, art helps people find a healthy outlet for their emotions, and rebuild their sense of self after a concussion.
